We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from SNEAKERSNSTUFF. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the sneakers in their original branded box and pack them securely inside a separate shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
